ORDER

This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 2 days in filing the Appeal Suit in A.S.(MD)SR No.84845 of 2025 before this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. Mr.V.Manikandan, learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 & 3, undertakes to file vakalat for the 4th respondent as well and has not raised any objection to this petition.

4. The learned counsel for the 1st respondent and the learned Government Advocate appearing for respondent Nos.5 to 9 have not raised any objection to this petition.
