Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to cancel the Legal Heirship Certificate in Ni.Mu.16315/2008/Aa2 dated 12.05.2008 in so far as the 2nd respondent is concerned.

ORDER
When the matter was listed for hearing on 14.09.2016, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the Registry was directed to list the matter 'for dismissal' on today i.e 28.09.2016.
