[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the encroachment has already been removed.

2. If any encroachments are left out, the same shall be removed by following the procedures contemplated under the law.

3. If the petitioner is having any grievance over the removal of encroachment, he can work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
