PRAYER :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to grant patta in favour of the petitioner in respect of the lands comprised in Survey Nos.705 and 710, Mavathur Village, Kadavur Taluk, Karur District to the extent of 0.24.0 and 0.29.0 hectare respectively by considering the petitioner's representations dated 07.07.2022 and 11.07.2022 within such time that may be fixed by this Court.

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondents 1 to 3 to grant patta in favour of the petitioner in respect of the lands comprised in Survey Nos.705 and 710, Mavathur Village, Kadavur Taluk, Karur District to the extent of 0.24.0 and 0.29.0 hectare respectively by considering the petitioner's representations dated 07.07.2022 and 11.07.2022 within such time that may be fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents and the learned counsel for the private respondents.
3. The petitioner submitted a representation to the official respondents seeking patta. Since no action has been taken on the said representation, the petitioner is before this Court with this writ petition.
4. Learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the official respondents, submits that the representation of the petitioner's would be considered by the respondents 2 and 3 within a time stipulated by this Court.

In view of the above submissions, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.07.2022 by conducting enquiry by hearing all the parties and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this 3/5
