O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to initiate appropriate action against the fourth respondent who is running an unauthorized meat stall in adjacent to her house bearing Door No.14/12A, Kandanvilai and post, Kanyakumari District.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1

and 3 and the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent.

3. Today, counter affidavit is filed by the third respondent and it is stated that the meat stall was evicted on 05.11.2011 after issuing notice under Public Health Act 1936.

4. Since the meat stall in question has already been vacated, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition. Hence, the Writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
