ORDER

When the matter was listed earlier on 19.06.2018, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence, the Office was directed to post the matter today under the caption 'for dismissal'.

2. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner either in person or through Counsel, despite the fact that the matter is specifically listed today under the caption 'for dismissal'. Hence, this Court has no other option to dismiss the Civil Revision petition for non-prosecution.

3. As a result, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.

No costs.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
