PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, direct the respondents 1 to 3 to take necessary action against the respondents No.4 to 7 by conducting an enquiry based on the petitioner representation dated 02.09.2025, within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court. This writ petition is for writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to take action against the respondents 4 to 7 by conducting an enquiry based on the petitioner'S representation dated 02.09.2025.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the petitioner's representation, an enquiry is pending to ascertain whether any cognizable offence is made out and that the same would be concluded within a period of two weeks. 2/4

3. In view of the above submission, there shall be a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to complete the above said enquiry and communicate the result of the same to the petitioner within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
