C-35M. To modify the condition No.(2) imposed in Crl.M.P.No.381 of 2025 dated 08.10.2025, on the file of Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under SC/ST (POA) Act, Dindigul by dispensing with the personal appearance and daily signing of the petitioner before the said Special Court.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.381 of 2025 dated 08.10.2025 on the file of the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under SC/ST (POA) Act, Dindigul, by dispensing with the personal appearance and daily signing of the petitioner before the said Special Court.

2. According to the petitioner, he is residing at Madipakkam, Chennai, and therefore, he is https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

unable to comply with the condition imposed by the Lower Court, which directed him to appear before the Court for 25 working days at 10:00 a.m. The petitioner has been admitted in the hospital and is presently undergoing treatment. Hence, he prays for modification of the said condition.

3. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is admitted in the hospital, the condition imposed by the Lower Court in Crl.M.P.No.381 of 2025 dated 08.10.2025 is modified to the effect that, after the petitioner's discharge from the hospital, he shall report before the Inspector of Police, S7 Police Station, Madipakkam, Chennai - 600 117, for 25 working days at 10.30 a.m.

4. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
