************ [Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The challenge in this writ petition is to the order dated 30.08.2011, whereby and where under the Government disconnected the water connection given to the petitioners. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.This Court, having found prima facie case, granted an interim order and on the basis of the said order, the petitioners are now getting the water.

3.Since the principles of natural justice was not followed while passing the impugned order, involving civil consequences, we set aside the said order, giving liberty to the respondent to issue notice to the petitioners and pass fresh orders on merits and as per law.
