The present Writ Petition was disposed of on 04.12.2025. Today, it is listed under the caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2.According to the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, a criminal case that is pending against him in C.C. No.74 of 2024, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ramanathapuram. However, by mistake in paragraph No.2 of the order, it is mentioned as C.C. No.74 of 2025.

3. In view of the above said facts, Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the third line of paragraph No.2 and incorporate C.C.No.74 of 2024 in the place of C.C.No.74 of 2025 and issue fresh order copy.
