This writ petition is for writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to act upon petitioner's complaint dated 20.03.2025. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that pursuant to the earlier complaint lodged by the petitioner, an enquiry was conducted and closed on 14.02.2025 and that another representation has been given, for which an enquiry is pending to ascertain whether any cognizable offence is made out and that the same would be concluded within a period of two weeks.

3. In view of the above submission, there shall be a direction to the respondents to complete the above said enquiry and communicate the result of the same to the petitioner within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
