ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct enquiry on the petitioner's complaint, dated 15.08.2025 and take appropriate action against the 3 to 14 respondents.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that an enquiry is pending on the complaint given by the petitioner only to ascertain whether any cognizable offence is made out and that the same would be concluded within a period of two weeks.

3. In view of the above submission, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to complete the above said enquiry and communicate the result of the same to the petitioner within a period of two (2) weeks from the 2/4

date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
