O R D E R

By relying on a sale deed dated 31.08.2017 in favour of the petitioner's mother and a settlement deed dated 22.05.2025 executed by the petitioner's mother in favour of the petitioner, the petitioner had applied for patta transfer. The present Writ Petition relates thereto.

2. Learning Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the first respondent. He submits that the petitioner's request would be considered after issuing notice to the second respondent and the other legal heirs of the petitioner's mother, Backiyalakshmi.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's application for patta transfer and pass orders thereon within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after issuing notice to the second respondent and the other legal heirs of the said second respondent.
