Respondents PRAYER :- Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st Respondent to pass appropriate orders revising the salary payable to the Petitioner equivalent to that of his Junior in pursuant to the proceedings of the 2nd Respondent dated 25.01.2022 and 23.07.2025 as well as by considering the representation given by the Petitioner dated 24.02.2025 within a time period as may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking direction to the 1st respondent to pass appropriate orders revising the salary payable to the petitioner equivalent to that of his Junior in pursuant to the proceedings of the 2nd respondent dated 25.01.2022 and 23.07.2025 as well as by considering the representation given by the petitioner dated 24.02.2024.

2. Considering the fact that by proceedings dated 23.07.2025, the 2nd respondent herein had forwarded a proposal to the first respondent to rectify the pay anomaly of the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider the proposal of the 2nd respondent dated 23.07.2025 made in Na.Ka.No.15/A/2021~1 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
