PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to expedite and conclude the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.P1/17919/2025 dated 27.06.2025 pending on its file within the time stipulated by this court. ORDER

The revision petition was filed before the District Revenue Officer by the 3rd and 4th respondents. The petitioner seeks early disposal thereof. 2.Learned Government Advocate accepts notice for the respondents 1 and

2. He submits that the revision petition would be considered and disposed of on merits after providing a reasonable opportunity to the revision petitioner and the writ petitioner.

3.In view of the nature of relief claimed and the submissions of learned Government Advocate, it is unnecessary to issue notice to the private respondents in this writ petition. Instead, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to consider and dispose of the revision petition filed by the 3rd and 4th respondents on merits within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a reasonable opportunity to all parties thereto. No costs.
