By relying on registered partition deed dated 16.10.1997 and Patta No.2064, the petitioner had applied online for survey of land in Survey Nos.1041/2A and 1041/3A1. The present petition relates thereto.

2. Mr.K.R.Badurus Zaman, learned Government Advocate accepts notice for respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.S.Prakash, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) accepts notice for the third respondent.

3. Learned Government Advocate submits that action would be taken on the petitioner's request for survey after issuing notice to owners of adjoining lands.

4. The petitioner has placed on record both title and revenue records relating to the relevant property sought to be surveyed. Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the first and second respondents to initiate action on the petitioner's application for survey and complete the entire process within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after issuing notice to owners of adjoining lands and considering objections, if any, from them.
