PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order issued by the 1st Respondent vide his proceedings in File no. 2025/0105/30/479824 dated 26.07.2025 and consequently quash the same as illegal.

ORDER

An order rejecting the application for patta transfer is challenged on the ground that such order is unreasoned.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for all the respondents.

3. On perusal of the order, the reason for rejection is mentioned as "reject". The order is completely unreasoned and cannot be sustained. Therefore, the impugned order is set aside and the matter is remanded for reconsideration by the Tahsildar. After providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner, a speaking order shall be issued within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected writ miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
