ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 26.09.2025 for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 296(b), 109(1), 118(1) and 351(3) of BNS, 2023, in Crime No.207 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that, since the defacto complainant did not include the petitioner's name on the marriage invitation, the petitioner felt insulted and aggrieved, abused him in filthy language, assaulted him, and threatened him with dire consequences. Hence, the complaint.
3.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has complied with the conditions imposed by this Court dated 15.10.2025. He further submitted that the petitioner is ready to cooperate for the investigation. 2/5
4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that 50 previous cases are pending against the petitioner and the petitioner has complied with the conditions imposed by this Court.

Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and since the petitioner has complied with the conditions imposed in the interim bail regularly, the interim bail already granted is made absolute and this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, with certain conditions.
[a] the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. [b] the petitioner shall not abscond either during investigation or trial.
[c] the petitioner shall not tamper with evidence or witness either during investigation or trial. [d] On breach of any of the aforesaid conditions, the learned Magistrate/Trial Court is entitled to take appropriate action against the petitioner in accordance with law as if the 3/5
conditions have been imposed and the petitioner released on bail by the learned Magistrate/Trial Court himself as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in P.K.Shaji vs. State of Kerala [(2005)AIR SCW 5560].
[e] If the accused thereafter absconds, a fresh FIR can be registered under Section 269 BNS.
