ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 not to lay a tar road in the petitioner's patta land in S.No.147/2B, Vidathukulam Village, Thirumangalam Taluk, Madurai District, beyond 10 feet breadth, as per the decision taken in the peace committee meeting convened by the second respondent.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 3 and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the fourth respondent submit that the official respondents will not lay the pathway beyond 10 feet, as agreed by them.

3. Recording the said submission, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
