ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble P.VELMURUGAN J.) This Petition is filed to exempt the Court fee to the tune of Rs.25,273/- for preferring the appeal as against the award passed in M.C.O.P.No.1255 of 2022 on 26.02.2025.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this Petition and also the specific provisions stated in the Motor Vehicles Act to exempt the Court Fee, this petition is allowed. The petitioner shall pay the Court Fee at the time of disposing the appeal.
