ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is directed against the order in Tr.O.P.No.170 of 2012 on the file of the Principal District Court, Dindigul, 05.11.2013.

2.The revision petitioners, who are the defendants in the suit, filed transfer original petition to transfer the suit in O.S.No.60 of 2012, pending before the learned District Munsif, Nilakottai to the file of the District Munsif Court, Dindigul. Since the said petition is dismissed, the defendants have preferred the above revision petition.

3.It is stated before this Court that the suit filed by the respondent in O.S.No.60 of 2012 was dismissed for default on 18.04.2018 and that the Presiding Officer, against whom allegations were made in the transfer original petition, is not now in the station. Hence, this Court is of the view that nothing survives in the Civil Revision Petition and this can be dismissed as infructuous.

4.As a result, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
