ORDER

This petition is filed by the petitioner seeking anticipatory bail in Crime No.125 of 2012 on the file of the respondent police for the offences under Sections 294(b), 324, 307 read with 34 of IPC.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that he underwent treatment from the year 2008.

3. Since it is a jumped out bail this Court cannot grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The petitioner ought to submit warrant recall application before the concerned Trial Court. On such submission, the Trial Court is directed to consider the same and while considering the same the Trial Court shall take into account the facts of the case.

4. With these observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
