This Writ Petition seeks issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the sixth respondent to remove the petitioner's name from rowdy list.

2. Heard Mr.S.R.Suresh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned Special Government Pleader, for the respondents.

3. Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned Special Government Pleader, for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner's name was already removed from the rowdy list number 66/2011, since the period is already is over.

4. In view of the above submissions, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
