ORDER

The petitioners seek to quash the impugned charge sheet in C.C.No. 12 of 2018 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli District, which was filed for the offences under Sections 465, 466, 468, 471, 120B of IPC.

2.When this Court expressed that the points raised by the learned counsel for the petitioners are factual in nature, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission to withdraw this criminal original petition and has made an endorsement to that effect. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioners are daily wage workers and their personal appearance before the trial court may be dispensed, provided they are represented by a lawyer. 2/4

3. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The personal appearance of the petitioners before the Trial Court is dispensed with on all hearing dates (provided they are represented by a lawyer) unless their appearance is required by the learned Magistrate for the progress of the trial. Consequently, connected miscellaneous is closed.
