ORDER

This writ petition has been filed, seeking to direct the Respondent bank to grant waiver of agricultural loan in account number 1209856011792 under the Agricultural Loan Waiver and Debt Relief Plan 2008 announced by the Central Government in favour of the petitioner.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the respondents has submitted that a sum of Rs.1,32,298/- as claimed by the petitioner has already been credited in the petitioner's account on 14.05.2012, which is also agreed by the learned Counsel for the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
