ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the first respondent to instruct the third respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, would submit that petitioner is history- sheeted; that there are several cases pending against him and that he has been summoned only for enquiry in those cases. 3.This Court is of the view that the the respondents right to summon the petitioner for enquiry cannot be curtailed. However, the respondents shall issue summons whenever the petitioner's appearance is required.

4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
