Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent herein to remove the coconut trees in pusuant to his own order dated 07.04.2010 and consequently direct the fourth respondent herein to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and his family members and to take necessary action on the complaints given by the petitioner.
