PRAYER :- Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the fifth respondent to execute the bailable warrant issued by the VI Additional District and Sessions Judge, Madurai in C.A. No. 233/2024 dt. 20.02.2025 within time frame as stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the fifth respondent to execute the bailable warrant issued by the VI Additional District and Sessions Judge, Madurai in C.A. No. 233/2024 dt. 20.02.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the respondent police have not received any such warrant issued by the learned VI Additional District and Sessions Judge, Madurai.

3. In the light of the above submission, this Court is of the view that the petitioner can always approach the learned VI Additional District 2/4

and Sessions Judge, Madurai and seek execution of the warrant, if the warrant is still pending.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
