ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.5313 of 2025 in Crl.OP(MD) No.3438 of 2025 dated 22.04.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the investigation is pending.

4. Taking into consideration of the the facts and circumstances, this court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioners in Crl.M.P.(MD)No. 5313 of 2025 in Crl.OP(MD) No.3438 of 2025 dated 22.04.2025.
