It is not in dispute that the civil revision petition is filed as against the appointment of Advocate Commissioner in the suit in O.S.No.494 of 2004, which was filed for recovery of possession. 2.It is represented before this Court that the Commissioner has submitted his report, after inspecting the suit property and that the suit itself was disposed of. In view of the submission that the suit has been disposed of, this Court is of the view that the civil revision petition has become infructuous. 3.Hence, this civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous.
