DECREE:This Civil Revision Petition coming on for hearing on Tuesday the Tenth day of January 2017 upon perusing the grounds of petition, the fair and decreetal order of the Lower Appellate Court and the Court of first instance and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.V.R.Shanmuganathan, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.P.Senthil, Advocate for first Respondent and Mr.A.S.Mujibur Rahman, Advocate for Second and third respondents and Mr.T.
