PETITION FOR MODIFICATION Under Section 528 of BNSS PRAYER :- To modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16599 of 2025 dated 26.09.2025. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)No.16599 of 2025, dated 26.09.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this Court and he prays for modification of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition for 13 days.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioners are complying with the condition, the condition imposed by this Court in 2/4

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16599 of 2025 dated 26.09.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
