ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.15721 of 2025, dated 19.09.2025

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.(MD)No.15721 of 2025, dated 19.09.2025 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in 15 days without fail.
