ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to provide police protection to his life and limb by considering his complaint dated 04.09.2025.

2.The gist of the petitioner's complaint is that the petitioner's property was surveyed; that when the petitioner attempted to put up a fence, the private respondent threatened him with dire consequences and hence, the petitioner lodged a complaint.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the enquiry on the petitioner's complaint would be concluded within a period of two weeks. 4.Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to conclude the enquiry on the petitioner's complaint within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and to communicate the result of the enquiry to the petitioner.
