ORDER
The petitioner seeks a direction to the first respondent to instruct the second respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute between the petitioner and respondents 3 and 4.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the based on a complaint given by one Sagayaraja against the petitioner, an enquiry was conducted and the same was closed and that an enquiry is still pending on the petitioner's complaint.
3.In the light of the above submission, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
