ORDER
The petitioner seeks transfer of investigation in petition No.G4/26648 dated 26.05.2025 from the file of the second respondent to any other independent and efficient investigation officer, not below the rank of the second respondent police for conducting appropriate investigation in a manner known to law.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that based on the petitioner's complaint, enquiry was conducted and an FIR has been registered in Crime No.220 of 2025.
