ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the first respondent to monitor the investigation conducted by the second respondent in Crime No.250 of 2025.

2.It is a grievance of the petitioner that he had lodged a complaint for the alleged offence of theft; that his vehicle which was stolen has now been recovered; that the respondents have so far not identified the accused, though the petitioner had produced the CCTV footages to enable the respondent to identify the accused. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner may produce the CCTV footage to the second respondent and the second respondent would conduct investigation and file a final report within the period of three months.

4.Recording the above submission, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to conclude the investigation in Crime No.250 of 2/4

2025 and file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The investigation shall be monitored by the jurisdictional Deputy Superintendent of Police. 5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
