PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 praying to modify the condition No.V imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Ramanathapuram, passed in Crl.M.P.No.2195 of 2025 on 06.10.2025 that the petitioner appear before the respondent Police daily twice at 10.30 a.m., and 05.30 p.m., for a period of one month before the respondent Police Station, Thondi, Ramanathapuram District, instead of appearing before the Pudukottai Town Police Station, Pudukkottai District.

O RDER This Petition has been filed to modify the condition No.V imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Ramanathapuram, passed in Crl.M.P.No.2195 of 2025 on 06.10.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. Since the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by the Court below regularly, this Court directs the petitioner to appear before the respondent-Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. The other conditions remain unaltered.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
