This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the Fair and Decreetal order dated 19.11.2012 in I.A.No.240 of 2012 in O.S.No.1123 of 2009 on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Tiruchirappalli.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infrucutous and nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition and endorsement is also made in this revision petition.

3.In view of the above, no further adjudication is required in this petition. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infrucutous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
