ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for R1 to R3. Issuance of notice to R4 & R5 is dispensed with.

2. The fourth respondent herein had earlier filed W.P.(MD)No.20060 of 2024. The petitioner herein was shown as third respondent therein. But without notice to the writ petitioner herein, W.P.(MD)No.20060 was disposed of. The petitioner will have to necessarily seek review of the said order or file a writ appeal. Filing an independent writ petition may not be appropriate. Granting liberty to the writ petitioner to avail any other remedy upon to her under law.

3. The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
