ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to release Rs.18,00,000/- (Rupees Eighteen Lakhs only) as Part withdrawal from the petitioner's provident Fund Account No.5557 maintained by the respondents corporation Provident Fund Trust to meet out the marriage expenditure to the petitioner's daughter scheduled on 03.11.2025.

2. Even thought the petitioner has sought for a positive mandamus to direct the respondents to release Rs.18,00,000/- (Rupees Eighteen Lakhs only) as part withdrawal to meet out his daughter's marriage expenditure, from the petitioner's provident Fund Account maintained by the respondents, he has also submitted a representation on 08.10.2025 for the said reason. Hence, there shall be direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.10.2025 and permit the petitioner to withdraw the eligible amount on or before 31.10.2025. 2/4

3. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
