The above petition has been filed seeking orders to substitute the proposed respondents 2 to 4 as legal representatives of the deceased first respondent in WMP(MD)No.1041 of 2025 in Rev.Aplw(MD)SR.No.96708 of 2024.

2. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Civil Side) appearing for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 to 4.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 to 4 would submit that they are not having any objections.

Considering the reasons assigned, this petition is ordered and the Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in WMP(MD)No.1041 of 2025 in Rev.Aplw(MD)SR.No.96708 of 2024 and post the same on 02.07.2026.
