The above petition has been filed seeking orders to substitute the proposed respondents 2 to 4 as legal representatives of the deceased first respondent in WMP(MD)No.1040 of 2025 in Rev.Aplw(MD)SR.No.96704 of 2024.

2. Despite receipt of notice, the respondents 2 and 3 failed to enter into appearance.

3. Paper publication for the fourth respondent effected. Service held sufficient. No representation for the fourth respondent.

4. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Civil Side) appearing for the petitioners.

Considering the reasons assigned, this petition is ordered and the Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in WMP(MD)No.1040 of 2025 in Rev.Aplw(MD)SR.No.96704 of 2024 and post the same on 02.07.2026.
