This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the learned Subordinate Judge, Theni to expedite the proceedings in O.S.No.385/2022 pending on the file and to dispose of the same within the time stipulated by this Court.

Considering the fact that the suit had been filed in the year 2022 in which Defendants 1 and 2 have been set ex parte as early as on 26.03.2025 and the written statement of 4th defendant adopted by the third defendant has also been taken on record and also the statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the issues are yet to be framed, there shall be a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Theni, to expeditiously dispose of the suit in O.S.No.385 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible however, not later than six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

3. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
