Prayer : Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this court to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other Writ or direction of like nature directing the respondents to disburse Rs.2,62,697/- spent by the petitioner for the treatment underwent by her husband Manikandan within a stipulated time fixed by this Honble Court and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstance of the case and thus render justice. This writ petition is filed seeking direction to the respondents to disburse Rs.2,62,697/- spent by the petitioner for the treatment underwent by her husband Manikandan.

Considering the fact that an application for medical reimbursement has been pending with the respondents, there shall be a direction to the 4th respondent to dispose of the application of the petitioner dated 04.04.2024 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
