This Petition is filed to condone the delay of 1868 days in preferring the above appeal.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3.No representation for the respondent.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner stated that the deceased son was the only employee person in her family and her husband also died. Therefore, with the help of Social Welfare, she filed an appeal with the delay of 1868 days.

5.For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the Petition and on being satisfied with the same, this Petition is allowed subject to the condition that the petitioner is not entitled for interest in the default period and the delay is condoned.
