The above petitions have been filed (i) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the second respondent and (ii) to bring on record the proposed respondents 17 to 19 as legal representatives of the deceased second respondent and rank them as respondents 17 to 19 in the above second appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1, 3 to 9 and 17 to 19.

17247 of 2025 to condone the delay in filing the petition for setting aside the abatement caused due to the death of the second respondent is allowed today, these petitions are ordered and the Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the main papers and post the main appeal on 26.02.2026.
