ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD)No.15891/2025 dated 22.09.2025.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the investigation is completed.
4. Taking into consideration the fact that the investigation is completed, this court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD)No.15891/2025 dated 22.09.2025. Accordingly, the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD)No.15891/2025 dated 22.09.2025 is modified as ''the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.''
