ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.(MD).No.14766/2025 dated 09.09.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the charge sheet has been laid.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the charge sheet has been laid, this court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.OP. (MD).No.14766/2025 dated 09.09.2025. Accordingly, the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.OP.(MD).No.14766/2025 dated 09.09.2025 is modified as ''the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court as and when required for interrogation.''
