Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondent Nos. 3 & 4 from insisting the petitioner to execute sale deed in favour of the in respect property situated in D.No.12 in Survey No.148/1 Sankarankovil Taluk, Tirunelveli District belonging to the petitioner which was vested by virtue of the judgment and decree dated 08.12.1998 made in O.S.No.175 of 1998 on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Tenkasi and consider my representation dated 10.09.2011.

ORDER

The petitioner seeks for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondent Nos.3 & 4 from insisting the petitioner to execute sale deed in respect of the property, situated in D.No.12 in Survey No.148/1 Sankarankovil Taluk, Tirunelveli District based on his representation dated 10.09.2011. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Heard Mr.Mahaboob Athiff, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Muthu Karuppan, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 4.

3. Mr.A.Muthu Karuppan, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 4, on instructions, would submit that the official respondents have not interfered in the civil right of the petitioner and they would not interfere in future also.

4. The submission of the the learned Additional Government Pleader is recorded and the writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
